GENERAL TRANSPORTATION TERMS
I.- The issued ticket is personal and non-transferable, so it can only be used by the ticket holder. Failure to do so may result in criminal consequences.
II.- The ticket holder has the right to be transported on the route they have purchased, as well as their personal luggage. The transport of illegally traded objects, as well as those dangerous articles and/or goods included in the IMDG code, is prohibited.
III.- During the trip, the passenger is covered by Mandatory Travel Insurance. The passenger has the obligation to observe the general safety and boarding rules. The company is NOT responsible if the passenger ignores or violates the rules.
IV.- In the event that the boat departures have been canceled due to bad weather, you can request to change your ticket for another day or request a refund of your money.
V.- The company has the right to deny passenger access to the ship. Punctual departure times cannot be guaranteed. If necessary, the company may replace the boat assigned to that trip and/or vary both the schedule and the dates of the trip. In the case of a delay of more than 60 minutes, the customer is entitled to a refund of the ticket.
VI.- The passenger must be at the dock (boarding area) at least 20 minutes in advance. before the departure of the ship. Boarding begins 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. If you do not show up on time, you will lose your seat reservation and will only be able to board if there is availability.
VII.- The ticket is valid only for the reserved travel date. If it is not used, the date and time may be changed, always subject to availability without the possibility of refund.
VIII.- Your ticket has a round trip time, once on the island of Lobos, return time changes are allowed if there is availability, otherwise you have to return at the time programmed on your ticket, this is because the boats have a capacity maximum number of passengers.
VIV.-The company reserves the right to accept or reject a purchase for any reason, including:
- The non-availability of entry authorizations to the island of Lobos
- Price error
- Description or image of the wrong service and/or activity.
- Adverse weather conditions.
- Non-availability of seats, cancellation of a route or breakdown of the boat.
